During the collection out of the wild craft a great attention is paid on sustainability. This is ensured by either own supervision in origin or by written guarantees of the suppliers. Our ORGANIC products offered are also coming either out of wild craft or controlled cultivation. The majority of the products is stored in an independent and certified Hamburg warehouse in order to guarantee a constant quality control as well as fast deliveries to our clients. From there the products are either delivered directly to their destination or can be processed into any kind of form i.e. fine cuts, coarse cuts, powders etc. as well as treated microbiologically by steam treatment on request according to customer’s specification. The necessary quality controls are performed by independent accredited laboratories. Next to identity controls random tests on heavy metals and pesticides are carried out. Tests on Ochratoxine A and Aflatoxines are carried out automatically on relevant articles. Microbiology is tested according to customers specification upon request.
